1970 Dodge Charger Commercial Proves Dodge Has Come a Long Way in 100 Years

As Dodge celebrates its 100 year anniversary, it goes without saying that we've come a long way. We've developed thousands of cars and stayed true to our classics like the Challenger and Charger. The 2014 inventory of the Charger and Challenger at Motor Inn of Spirit Lake prove that when you have something good, there's no need for change.

While our classic models may not have changed much, our commercials have, and trust us, even we think that's a good thing.

In 1970 when Dodge began advertising the Dodge Charger 500, we found ourselves watching the naïve Elliott trade in his once soon-to-be fiancé for the appeal and attention he gets from driving his new Charger.

See what we mean when we say we've come a long way? Let's hope no one hopping into one of our new 2014 Dodge Chargers isn't as, well, for lack of a better word, "dumb" as Elliott, but what we can say you'll still turn heads in one of these bad boys.

Visit us at Motor Inn of Spirit Lake for a test drive. You'll love it when people stop and stare. Just don't lose your beloved over it.
